What is it?

The product can only be applied for by those recently qualified (within the last 10-years) or currently undertaking qualifications in one of our pre-defined acceptable professions, attached. Due to the nature of their work and the likelihood of their income increasing quite quickly, this product potentially will provide higher affordability results list of the acceptable professions is attached.
Who can have it?
Customers buying or remortgaging residential property for owner occupation in England & Wales, where at least one of those customers holds an acceptable professional qualification, or is currently training for such a qualification, and currently works in the field related to that profession.
