I have had a lot of enquiries surrounding Interest Only mortgages this week so wanted to take the time to provide a quick refresher on our brilliant policy (I am biased I know!)

So back to policy,
Interest Only USPs
Up to 80% LTV
- No minimum income requirements, none of this £100k sole/joint etc, if they can afford it, they can have it!
- No Set minimum equity requirements for downsizing, if they can downsize with the equity available, we are happy! Or, we can consider Part and Part!!
- Affordability for shorter term IO mortgages, 10 years or below, can be assessed on an Interest Only basis
- Multiple exit strategies considered – BTL’s, 2nd homes, Pension Pots, Investments etc.
- Up to age 89 at application
