Owner Occupier Fixed Rates
Most of our Fixed Rate Repayment and Interest-Only mortgage products have received rate adjustments.
Repayment
Our 2 Year Fixed Rate mortgage products have decreased by 0.20% whilst our 5 Year Fixed Rate mortgages have decreased by 0.05%. Additionally for our Owner Occupier Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor (JBSP) Repayment mortgage products we’ve reintroduced product fees of £599 (rising to 0.30% for loans over £500,000), however there will still be no application fee for these products.
Interest-Only
Our 2 Year Fixed Rate Core mortgage products have decreased by 0.10%, our JBSP has decreased by 0.25%, and our 5 Year Fixed Rate Core mortgage products have decreased by 0.05%. Our RIO is unchanged. We’ve also introduced new Owner Occupier 2 Year Fixed Rate high-loan variants for mortgages over £500,000, available to intermediaries via our packaging partners, and featuring a 1.00% product fee.
*The 60% LTV variant has a loan size range of £500,001 to £4,000,000 (with tapering max. LTVs as usual per Lending Policy).
^The 80% LTV variant has a loan size range of £500,001 to £2,000,000 (with tapering max. LTVs as usual per Lending Policy).
Buy to Let Fixed Rates
Our 2 Year Fixed Rate UK Landlord mortgage products have decreased by 0.15%, whilst our 5 Year Fixed Rate UK Landlord mortgage products have decreased by 0.05%. Our 2 Year and 5 Year Fixed Rate Limited Company Buy to Let mortgage products have decreased by 0.15% and our 2 Year Fixed Rate Expat product has also decreased by 0.15%. Additionally, for Limited Company landlords, we’ve introduced new 5 Year Fixed Rate Buy to Let mortgage products with a 3.00% product fee (minimum £1,500), available for purchase and remortgage applications only.
Discounted Variable Rates
All Owner Occupier and Buy to Let Discounted Variable Rates remain unchanged.
