- 2 and 3 Year Fixed Rates have decreased by 0.10%
- 5 Year Fixed Rates are unchanged.
Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor (JBSP):
- 2 Year Fixed Rates have decreased by 0.10%
- 5 Year Fixed Rates are unchanged
- There’s still no Application Fee for these products.
NEW: Buy to Let Expat Limited Company
We have launched 2 and 5 Year Fixed Rate products for sale to Buy to Let Limited Company landlords, who are registered as companies in the UK, who have Expat Shareholders and/or directors in one of our acceptable countries.
- Available for Purchase and Remortgage
- Available up to 75% LTV
- Assessed against minimum 125% ICR
- Remortgages have a free valuation up to £500k property value, discounted valuation over £500k
- 5 Year Fixed comes with £500 cashback for Remortgages
- Available on a Repayment or Interest-Only basis
- Our usual Limited Company and Expat criteria applies
- Companies to be Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) registered in the UK under SIC code 68100, 68209 or 68320
- Shareholders and/or directors to be UK passport holders who are expats in one of our acceptable countries.
Managed Mortgage Rates and Discounted Variable Rates
Our Managed Mortgage Rates will reduce by 0.25% from 1 October.
This means:
- Pay rates for our Discounted Variable Rates will also drop by 0.25% on this date
- We’ve updated our website and product literature to reflect this change from 30 September, a day ahead of the changes.
