Fleet Mortgages is Making Some Changes to Their Tracker Products.
As they are sure you will already be aware, the Bank of England is likely to announce an increase to BBR on Thursday 3rd November.
As a result of this widely anticipated increase, they will be withdrawing all of their Tracker products at 5pm on Thursday 3rd November 2022, and releasing new Tracker products on Friday morning. These new Tracker products will have different rental calculation rates which will impact maximum loans available.
Please note: These changes affect their Tracker products only; Their Fixed rate products are not being withdrawn or altered at this time.
