- Available across our three core ranges – Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUB
- Up to 75% LTV with a 3% fee
- End dates 31/10/2025
These new 2-Year Fixes are ideal for landlord borrowers looking for shorter-term certainty when it comes to their monthly mortgage payments.
We continue to offer both tracker and green tracker product options which now carry no ERCs, as well as a full range of five-year fixed rates products, available up to 75% LTV.
