Good afternoon. Following yesterday’s BBR increase to 5.00%, we wrote to you to let you know that we had temporarily withdrawn our tracker products. Our replacement tracker products have now been built and tested and will be going live at 09:00am Monday 26th June 2023.

Please find below a summary of the key changes:
- Standard Tracker and Green Tracker products reintroduced
- BBR increased to 5.00%
- 6-month ERC end dates of Tracker products changed from 31/12/23 to 31/03/2024
- Due to a 50 bps increase to BBR, stress rates have been changed accordingly
