Fleet Mortgages are repricing our 5-year and 7-year fixed rate products as below:
- 5-year fixed Standard and Ltd Company products to increase by 20bps
- 70% HMO 5-year fixed to increase by 20bps
- All 75% 5- & 7-year HMO products to increase by 26bps
- Our 2-year fixed rate products and tracker products remain unchanged

Please note: All applications must be fully completed with all relevant fees paid and the case showing as ‘valuation instructed’ by 5:00pm on Friday 23rd February 2024 to secure the rate applied for.
