- S2 5 Year Fixed Property Plus product with a 2% product fee and a rate of 7.09% up to 75% LTV
- S2 2 Year Fixed HMO Plus product with a 2% product fee and a rate of 7.39% up to 75% LTV
- S2 5 Year Fixed HMO Plus product with a 2% product fee and a rate of 7.19% up to 75% LTV
