Foundation Home Loans have reduced selected rates across their Buy to Let range, reintroduced 5 Year Fixed 65% LTV and 75% LTV BTL Remortgage Only products, and launched 2 new 5 Year Fixed BTL Limited Edition products.
Changes to the Buy to Let range:
- NEW Limited Edition Green EPC A-C 5 Year Fixed up to 75% LTV with a rate of 5.39% and a £4,495 fee. (Minimum loan size of £200k)
- NEW Limited Edition 5 Year Fixed up to 75% LTV with a rate of 5.49% and a £4,495 fee. (Minimum loan size of £200k)
- F1 5 Year Fixed Limited Edition reduced by 0.15% with a rate of 5.44% at 75% LTV and a 2.25% fee
- F1 Fee Assisted Remo Only 5 Year Fixed products with a £1,295 fee and rates of 5.99% up to 65% LTV and 6.09% up to 75% LTV with £500 Cashback
- F2 Short Term Let 2 Year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.10% with rates now starting from 6.79% up to 75% LTV
- F2 Holiday Let 2- and 5- Year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.20% with rates now starting from 6.54% up to 70% LTV
