Unchanged: Special Fee Assisted fixed rates – including 6.44% 5-Year Fixed rate with £795 product fee, 1 free standard valuation and no app fee.
Residential by Foundation:
- F1 2- and 5- Year Fixed rates now starting from 6.04% with a £995 fee
- F1 Key Workers 2- and 5- Year Fixed rates now starting from 6.04% with a free valuation and no application fee and £595 fee
- F1 Green 2- and 5- Year Fixed rates now starting from 6.09% with a free valuation and £595 fee (EPC A-C)
- F2 – F4 credit tiers 2- and 5- Year Fixed rates now starting from 6.24% with a £995 fee
