Foundation HL – New & Reduced Special Rates On BTL And Residential Products

Foundation Home Loan LogoFoundation Home Loans have reduced rates across their Buy to Let and Residential Special ranges plus they have launched 4 new Special Residential rates.

Changes to the Buy to Let range:

  • F1 5 Year Fixed Special Portfolio Landlord Only rates reduced by up to 0.05% with rates now starting from 4.84% with a 6% fee up to 75% LTV
  • F1 5 Year Fixed fee assisted Special Portfolio Landlord Only rates reduced by up to 0.10% with rates now starting from 4.99% with a 5% fee, no application fee and one free valuation up to 75% LTV
  • F1 2 Year Fixed Special rates reduced by 0.20% with rates now starting from 4.59% with a 4% fee up to 75% LTV
  • F1 2 Year Fixed Special rates reduced by 0.25% with rates now starting from 5.09% with a 3% fee up to 75% LTV
  • F2 2- and 5- Year Fixed HMO Special rates reduced by up to 0.25% with rates now starting from 5.14% with a 3% fee up to 75% LTV

Changes to the Residential range:

  • NEW F1 2- and 5- Year fee assisted Fixed Special rates at 75% LTV with rates of 6.69% (2 year) and 6.29% (5 Year) with a £795 fee, free valuation and no application fees
  • NEW F2 2- and 5- Year fee assisted Fixed Special rates at 75% LTV with rates of 6.79% (2 year) and 6.39% (5 Year) with a £795 fee, free valuation and no application fees
  • F1 2- and 5- Year fee assisted Fixed Special rates at 65% LTV reduced by up to 0.30% with rates now starting from 6.19% with a £795 fee, free valuation and no application fees.
  • F2 2- and 5- Year fee assisted Fixed Special rates at 65% LTV reduced by up to 0.30% with rates now starting from 6.29% with a £795 fee, free valuation and no application fees.
