Foundation Home Loans – Expands Their Residential Lending Capabilities

Foundation Home Loan LogoFoundation Home Loans will increase maximum loan sizes across their F1 – F3 Residential tiers. This means they can now help even more people get the funding they need, especially those who might not fit the typical high-street lending criteria.

For our F1 and F2 tiers, which cater to clients who just miss the mainstream or those with historical credit issues, they have made the following changes:

  • 65% LTV – new maximum loan size of £3m. Rates from 6.14%
  • 75% LTV – new maximum loan size of £1.5m. Rates from 6.19%
  • 80% LTV – new maximum loan size of £1m. Rates from 6.29%

Our F3 tier, designed for clients with more recent credit challenges, has also seen improvements:

  • 65% LTV – new maximum loan size of £1m. Rates from 6.49%
  • 75% LTV – new maximum loan size of £750k. Rates from 6.59%

These changes demonstrate their commitment to providing flexible, tailored solutions for your clients.

Accompanying these changes, they have new F1 products. Your borrowers can access these new Residential products up to 65% LTV, with two-year fixed rates commencing from 6.29% and five-year fixed rates starting at 6.14%. Foundation has also changed their Buy to Let F1 Limited Edition 2-year fixed mortgage, dropping the product fee from £2,495 to £1,495, which includes no application fee and one free standard valuation.
