Foundation Home Loans have reduced rates across their Residential range and launched NEW 2-year fixed Professionals products.
Changes to the residential range:
- F1 2- and 5- Year Fixed products reduced by up to 0.20% with rates now starting from 6.04% with a £995 fee
- F1 2- and 5- Year Fixed Key Worker products reduced by up to 0.30% with rates starting from 6.09% with a £595 fee, one free standard valuation and no application fee
- F1 5 Year Fixed Professionals products reduced up to 0.25% with rates now starting from 6.14% with a £995 fee
- F1 and F2 Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor rates reduced up to 0.10% with rates now starting from 6.24% with a £795 fee
- F2, F3 and F4 2- and 5-Year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.25% with rates now starting from 6.24% with a £995 fee
- F1 Green product at 85% LTV reduced by 0.10% now starting at 6.34% with a £595 fee and one free standard valuation
- New F1 2-Year Fixed Professionals products with rates at 6.44% up to 75% LTV and 6.74% up to 85% LTV both with a £995 fee
