Foundation have released new rates across our Buy-to-Let by Foundation range including a selection of NEW products.
NEW PRODUCTS
Fee Assisted Short Term Let 2- and 5- Year Fixed products available up to 75% LTV with a 1.25% fee and rates starting from 6.79%
- 2 Year Fixed Holiday Let product available up to 70% LTV with a 2% fee and a rate of 6.99%
Other changes include:
- Reduced fee on the ERC3 product – a 5 year fix with only 3 year ERCs, now at 1%, with a rate of 6.39%
- F2 Large Portfolio products now with a reduced fee of 1.25%, one free standard application and no application fee with rates starting from 6.59%
- Large Loan products fee now reduced to 1.5%
- Pound-for-Pound (£4£) Remortgage Only products rates now starting from 6.74% with a 1.5% fee
