As of today, Thursday 11th April, Foundation Home Loans have released new rates across our entire Residential range.
Residential by Foundation:
- NEW F1 5 Year Fixed Limited Edition product available up to 80% LTV with a £1,295 fee and max loan amount of £750,000 with a rate of 5.99%
- REDUCED F1 and F2 Special Fee Assisted 2- and 5- Year Fixed products with a £795 fee, reduced by up to 0.20%, with rates now starting from 6.24%
- Selected F1 2 and 5 year fixed products (including Green) reduced by 10bps, up to 85% LTV
- Selected F2 2 and 5 Year fixed products reduced by up to 0.15%. Rates now starting from 6.19%
