Foundation reduce rates across our Buy-to-let Range.
Changes to the Buy to Let range:
- F1 and F2 2 Year Fixed products reduced by up to 0.15% with rates now starting from 6.49% with a 1.5% fee
- F1 2 Year Fixed Large Portfolio product reduced by 0.10% with a rate of 6.79% and a 1.25% fee, one free standard valuation and no application fee
- F2 5 Year Fixed Large Loan products fee reduced by 0.25% with fees now at 1.25% up to 70% LTV
- F2 2 Year Fixed HMO products reduced by up to 0.10% with rates now starting from 6.74% with a 2% fee
- F2 2 Year Fixed Short Term Let products reduced by up to 0.05% with rates now starting from 6.89% with a 2% fee
- F1 and F2 £4£ Remortgage Only products reduced by 0.10% with rates now starting from 6.64% with a 1.5% fee
