Countries Changes
- We have made changes to our countries list and have now withdrawn several from our sanctioned list. The most notable changes are, that we can now also lend to client’s based in Turkey, Nigeria, Kenya and Vietnam. Please see the new restricted countries list attached.
Buy-to-Let product changes:
- BTL UK Expat and International product rates reduced by 10 basis points for all 2-year fixed rates. Highlights include:
- UK Expat BTL: 2-year fixed rental rates starting at 4.73%
- International Resident BTL: 2-year fixed rental rates starting at 4.82%
- Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and Multi-Unit Freehold Blocks (MUFB’s) are now available to International landlords residing outside the UK
