- All refurb deals capped at 65% on GDV
- Clean credit
- Fully retained plus partially serviced (minimum 6 months retained)
- Mixed use schemes – 70% up to £1.5M – 65% £1.5M+
- All loans up to £5M considered
- No fully commercial lending
- No land with planning
- No 2nd charges
