I have great news that we can now consider 70% LTV against OMV on residential and semi-commercial property.

We have also increased our maximum loan to £5m

I have detailed below our current criteria as a reminder and look forward to looking at any potential enquiries you may have.

  1. Residential/light/heavy refurbs – capped at 70% gross on day one
  2. All refurb deals capped at 65% on GDV
  3. Clean credit
  4. Fully retained plus partially serviced (minimum 6 months retained)
  5. Mixed use schemes – 70% up to £1.5M – 65% £1.5M+
  6. All loans up to £5M considered
  7. No fully commercial lending
  8. No land with planning
  9. No 2nd charges
