We have now reduced our rates across all our unregulated straight bridging products.

Rates
- RESI dev exit and RESI purchase – rates now max at 0.89% at 75% (previously 0.99% )
- Mixed commercial – 1.00% at 70% LTV (previously 1.01% at 65%)
- Mixed residential – 0.97% at 70% LTV (Previously 0.99% at 70%)
- Commercial (Dwelling) – 1.03% at 70% LTV (previously 1.15% at 65% LTV)
- Commercial Non Dwelling – 1.01% at 65% (previously 1.15% at 65% LTV)
- 2nd Charge – 1.10% at 70% LTV (previously 1.25% at 70% and 1.17% at 65% LTV)
- LWP – 1.15% at 60% LTV (Previously 1.25% at 60% LTV)
