As of Tuesday, Habito will be going live with a wider product range, up to 75% LTV across our individual, portfolio and limited company ranges. Our fee assist range will be available across the board for remortgage customers only.
In terms of pricing, I have attached a rate guide – as a brief guide our 60% pricing is staying where it is today, and there are small price premiums to 70% and 75%. We have also increased our maximum loan to £1m for customers with a LTV of <=70%, and £750k for anything above that.
