The new Custom Collection offers a set of six exceptional products, features and options which, when combined, provide a truly customised loan for the borrower. Designed for those who want to effectively manage cashflow and optimise their day one loan amount by balancing the amount borrowed, rate, LTV and fees with an affordable payment.
Available on Residential Property with a standard 65% LTV. We can consider residential property up to a max LTV of 75% as before by referral and/or additional security and Mixed-use and Commercial property with 55% Max LTV that will need to be referred on a case by case basis. PLEASE NOTE: We currently do not have an appetite for land deals or deals above £500K except by referral on low LTV.
