The update to our online portal represent a significant milestone in our dedication to streamlining the broker journey. The platform is designed to modernise the way our brokers engage with their applications, making it easier for admins to monitor the progress of multiple applications.
With this update, you can look forward to a host of exciting features, including:
• Instant DIP decisioning
• Ability to amend previously submitted DIP’s
• Full Mortgage Application Facility
• Secure messaging system, giving you the ability to speak with us directly about your cases
• Clear visibility of how your case is progressing
• Easily upload all of your packaging documents
• ESIS production available
Don’t panic if you have submitted any applications via our old system. These will be picked up and allocated as normal by our lending team. All you need to do is log in to our current portal before the 29th August 2024 and download a copy of the application form for your records.
If you happen to miss the deadline, or are struggling to download the application form, call us on 01455 894084 or email the lending team directly lending@hrbs.co.uk and they will be happy to send you a copy via secure email.
