We’re updating our products

On Friday 14 February we’re making changes across our Income Flex, Credit Flex, Visas, BTL, Green and Core Residential Mortgage range as follows:

New rates

Income Flex
  • Income Flex – Fixed to 31/05/30 5.99% – 80% LTV – IFHF28 (available up to 5.5x income)

Term extensions

Visas
  • Visas – Fixed to 31/05/30 5.89% – 80% LTV – VISF20
  • Visas – Fixed to 31/05/30 6.19% – 90% LTV – VISF19

Credit Flex

  • Credit Flex – Fixed to 31/05/30 5.99% – 80% LTV – CFHF10

Income Flex

  • Income Flex – Fixed to 31/05/30 5.85% – 80% LTV – IFHF26
  • Income Flex – Fixed to 31/05/30 5.99% – 90% LTV – IFHF27

Buy-to-Let

  • Buy to Let – Fixed to 31/05/30 5.80% – 75% LTV – BTLF95
  • Ltd Company Buy to Let – Fixed to 31/05/30 5.85% – 70% LTV – LCF31

Core Residential (Including JBSP)

  • Generally Available – Fixed to 31/05/30 5.80% – 80% LTV – F247
  • Generally Available – Fixed to 31/05/30 5.95% – 90% LTV – F248

  • Retrogreen – Fixed to 30/04/30 4.99% – 80% LTV – RGF5
