HTB have confirmed a change to their direct procuration fee for Specialist Buy to Let cases, which will reduce to 1.2% from 1st February 2026.
This applies to direct submissions only. There is no change to the packaged procuration fee when submitting via Connect Specialist Placement Team – these remain unchanged.
