Please ensure that ALL applications are submitted in full with fees paid to secure the rates as sadly no exceptions can be made if the deadlines are missed. (Please ensure that documents can be uploaded within 4 working days of submission).

When the new range is launched on Thursday morning we will NOT be replacing the 75% LTV products and Multi Units will be restricted to 70% LTV
Please do circulate the withdrawal notice to all your brokers however not the embargoed note above.
