The range is offered on 2 and 5 year fixed rates for standard properties, HMOs and multi-units (up to 6 occupants/units). With multiple arrangement fee options, landlords can benefit from better affordability and also receive cashback upon completion of up to £3,500, helping to ease the upfront costs of buying or refinancing.
