Introducing NatWest International via the NatWest Broker Portal

We’re pleased to let you know that from next week, Monday 17th March you’ll be able to access NatWest International via our Broker Portal.

As part of NatWest Group, NatWest International can help customers who are not resident in the UK but wish to buy a property in the UK.

Working with NatWest International when the Broker Portal goes live:

  • You can deal with NatWest International using your existing Terms of Business and Payment Route. You’ll need to be registered to do business with us, and if relevant you may need to check with your Principal prior to submitting an application.
  • You’ll continue to give the advice to your clients.
  • You can contact a NatWest International Relationship Manager for any complex questions or queries.
  • You’ll be able to access the Broker Portal to submit new business cases to NatWest International.
  • You’ll now see 3 buttons for NatWest, Coutts and NatWest International.
  • Select the correct button to complete a new business application for NatWest International,
  • As part of Consumer Duty we’re required to send you our product assessments, please visit the NatWest International website to view these.
  • Once the application is complete, you’ll see a list of packaging requirements for the case you have just submitted. It’s important that you provide all this information to ensure a smooth customer experience and avoid delays.
