2 years fixed, 5.79%, £999 fee
2 years fixed, 6.09%, no fee, free val, with a choice of free legals or £250 cashback for remo products.
We’ve also released three new Shared Ownership Special rates:
85% LTV, 5 years fixed, 5.99%, no fee, free val
90% LTV, 5 years fixed, 6.09%, no fee, free val
95% LTV, 5 years fixed, 6.19%, no fee, free val
