Keystone Property Finance understands that the market is challenging at the moment and to support their brokers they have launched a range of buy to let variable rates for both new and existing borrowers.
These new rates are available for Standard, Specialist, and Holiday Lets at 65% as well as 75% LTV.
Existing applications
- Any applications that have been submitted before 27th September 2022 but had not yet reached offer stage will be able to switch over to their new variable product rates. Borrowers will receive a reduction of 0.50% on the rate compared to new applications.
- If your client chooses to move to a variable rate product, they will refund all application and valuation fees on completion. If your client chooses to close the case with them then all application and valuation fees will be refunded.
- Rates start at Bank Base Rate plus 2.15%
New applications
Any new applications will be able to take advantage of their new variable rates which start at Bank Base Rate plus 2.65%
Switch & Fix
Any applications that select one of their variable rates will be able to move over to an applicable fixed rate product using their switch and fix facility at any time when their fixed rates become available. They will be able to do this easily without incurring an Early Repayment Charge or Arrangement Fee.
