We’ve increased our loan size on repayment to £3m (75% LTV) and £1m (90% LTV), helping customers with complex incomes borrow more and secure their future homes.
Here’s how maximum loans and LTV on repayment look now:
- £1m at 90% LTV
- £2m at 85% LTV
- £2.5m at 80% LTV
- £3m at 75% LTV
Together with increasing maximum LTV to 80% (up to £2m) on Interest Only last week, our aim is to boost affordability.
These enhancements are available across our Resi and Resi Retire product ranges with immediate effect.
