After a period of relative stability, a new wave of volatility has returned to the funding markets, swap rates have again risen significantly and Lendco is afraid they have no option other than to reprice upwards again.
Any deals that you have in flight which are not yet with them will need to be secured with a fully signed application by 5 pm on Thursday 25th August when the current product range will be withdrawn.
They will be launching new products on Friday morning, as always they will look to be competitive wherever they are able and continue to support you with as many flexible products as they can as they navigate this transition to the new normal.
