  1. 85% Gross refurb bridge (73% net with rolled interest), no experience hurdles and can exit onto our BTL (no app fee, we will cover legal fees & Val fees – standard properties, £500 contribution for HMO/MUFB vals) – Doing lots of these on auctions!!
  2. First time landlords now accepted on BTL for MUFBs up to 6 units, this compliments our FTL on 6 bed HMOs nicely
