LendInvest Clarification from Connect

There has been some confusion surrounding Lendinvest with the different routes to access them. Please note, there is no change to the commission table which remains L & G or packaged, giving the choice of route.

However, Lendinvest is now mirroring this choice on their drop-down, to avoid confusion and errors.  A number of cases have been identified as having no payment route at all, these have been manually amended to L & G.

Therefore, you should select  L&G as the payment route, if direct or via the Packaged service, where the team have separate logins to clearly identify these cases as Packaged and as a result, attract a higher procuration fee.

Lendinvest is currently working on a system build to ensure this is the only option visible for you, but this may take a few weeks. However, we are assured Lendinvest will have an override system until then, which they should pick up if the AR does not select L&G.

Hopefully, moving forward, we should not have the issues we have been having with either routes, packager or direct.
