Our team has grown!
We’ve welcomed Andy Taylor as our new Head of Strategic Planning and Customer Proposition. In this brand new role, which has been created as part of our drive to become your specialist lender of choice, Andy is responsible for leading our Product and Proposition Teams. He will identify opportunities in the market and develop new products and initiatives that meet customer needs now and in the future.

- Refreshed residential range – making our easy to use tiers available for cases up to £2m. We also offer larger loan solutions up to £3.5m and bespoke solutions to £5m.
- Improved let criteria – UK buy to let cases over £1m are now part of our lower rate tier two range and we’ve expanded our holiday let criteria to accept even more circumstances
