The Society is now able to accept New Build applications up to a maximum LTV of 80% with immediate effect. Due to this change, we will now be reinstating our Help to Buy product range as follows:-

FIX 102 – Help to Buy England & Wales 5 Year Fixed Rate. 75% LTV. No fees. Max loan for England £450k – Wales restricted to £225k.
FIX 103 – Help to Buy London 5 Year Fixed Rate. 55% LTV. No fees. Max loan size for London £330k.
FIX 108 – Help to Buy England & Wales 3 Year Fixed Rate. 75% LTV. No fees. Max loan for England £450k – Wales restricted to £225k.
FIX 109 – Help to Buy London 3 Year Fixed Rate. 55% LTV. No fees. Max loan size for London £330k.
