This range has been thoughtfully designed for landlords who are more price-conscious and have straightforward borrowing needs, offering a simpler alternative to our Specialist Buy-to-Let range. As part of the launch, we’re also introducing a ‘special edition’ 3% arrangement fee option, along with Title Insurance on all remortgages to help streamline the legal process. The eligibility criteria has also been simplified, making the application journey even smoother.
Core Buy-to-Let highlights include:
- Maximum 75% LTV up to £3m
- 2- & 3-year Fixed rates (from 5.29%) with 2%, 3%, 4% and 6% Arrangement fee options available
- 25-year term
- Top Slicing available
- HMOs and MUFBs up to 6 units/beds
- Adverse credit over 2 years not taken into consideration
- Available to UK nationals including Expats in EEA, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand
All of which is combined with our flexible criteria including:
- UK based ownership structures including Personal Ownership, SPVs, Trading Limited Companies, LLPs, Trusts and SIPs
- First Time Landlords (minimum £30k income per application)
- 125% ICR applied regardless of ownership structure and property type
