Regulated Residential Bridging loans between £1 million – £3 million:
- Rates of 0.84% and a 2% product fee
- Rates of 0.74% and a 3% product fee
- Maximum LTV 60%
How can I benefit from these new rates?
Key your Regulated Residential Bridging case between £1m and £3m onto My Broker Venue as normal. The 2% product fee will automatically appear, all you’ll need to do is manually key in the rate shown above.
If you wish to proceed with the 3% product fee, you’ll need to manually key the rate and product fee in My Broker Venue.
Please note: these applications will automatically generate a referral to an underwriter for an initial assessment.
