Here’s how it works:
- Connect holds an initial call with the candidate to confirm basic suitability.
- We send you the candidate’s CV for review and follow-up.
- You lead the interview process and assess overall fit.
- If you choose to hire, a £200+VAT fee applies per successful placement (deductible from commission if preferred).
- If the candidate isn’t right, just let us know – we may match them elsewhere in the network.
