  • We send you the candidate’s CV for review and follow-up.
  • You lead the interview process and assess overall fit.
  • If you choose to hire, a £200+VAT fee applies per successful placement (deductible from commission if preferred).
  • If the candidate isn’t right, just let us know – we may match them elsewhere in the network.
