These enhancements include cheaper pricing and increased maximum loan sizes across a number of products.
And that’s not all, we’ve also introduced a limited valuation refund offer across our 1st charge Bridging and Bridge Fusion ranges, where fees are paid between now and 31st October (Cases must complete within 6 months from the fees paid date).
Highlights of our Bridging enhancements include:
- NEW Fixed and Variable rates from 0.75% (0.8% commercial assets)
- Rate reductions up to 50bps
- Maximum 75% LTV (70% second charge) up to £50m
- Streamlined LTV bandings
- 3 – 18 month term available

- Intricate ownership and tenant structures
- Heavy adverse credit including bankruptcy annulments considered
