This update comes after the success of our refreshed Buy-To-Let proposition last year, reflecting growing demand from professional investors for greater choice in how they structure and optimise funding. Now, you can offer your Commercial clients those same choices.
- What’s changing to our Commercial & Semi-Commercial fees:
Across our Commercial Investment range, you can now access 1%, 3% and 5% arrangement fee options, while our Semi-Commercial Investment range offers 2%, 3% and 5% options - These changes are available across our 2, 3, 5 and 10-year fixed and variable rates
- We have adjusted some 2, 3 and 10-year fixed rates with rate reductions of up to 20bps
