We’re pleased to announce pricing reductions of up to 25bps across our residential mortgage range, with 2-year fixed rates starting from 5.54% and 5-year fixed rates from 5.64%. The updates include a 20bps reduction at 75% LTV (replacing 70% LTV), enhanced Right to Buy and Shared Ownership options including 100% LSV, and reductions across our Extra Range up to 90% LTV.
