We are happy to announce our annual Mental Health Survey has launched and is being promoted to the industry.
We are interested in insights into how work demands, industry pressures, and personal wellbeing intersect across all roles – from advisors and underwriters to BDMs, CEOs and support staff.
We value your opinion more than ever and would appreciate it if you took the time to complete the survey and ask your colleagues to do the same. Participation is completely anonymous, and it takes less than 5 minutes to complete!
The survey is open from this week and runs until Friday 4th July 2025. We will publish the results via a ‘white paper’ in July and share with all relevant parties to promote continued improvements in mental health awareness, workplace culture and support services.
