Octane have some really exciting product news:

Refurbishments loans: we can now lend up to 75% LTV NET day one + 100% of refurbishment costs.
Developer exit loans: now up to 75% LTV too.

And there is no increase in our rates, which start from just 0.75% per month (BBR linked).

Structural works – loft conversions and rear/side extensions.
Change of use projects – house to HMO and commercial to residential.
