Main features include:
- 3 new rate options – 70% LTV @ 4.49%, 75% LTV @ 4.99%, 80% LTV @ 5.49% (80% Max loan £500k).
- ICR is far more competitive allowing foreign nationals, ex-pats and less experienced landlords – Individual (125%), Company (120%) HMO (130%).
- For loans over £1m on the 4.49% these can be considered at 65% LTV and for the 4.99% at 70%
- MUFB, Semi-Commercial, HMO’s and Holiday Lets all considered.
- AVMS – We now have the ability to use AVMS for both purchases and refinances of freehold houses valued between £100,000 and £500,000. If the confidence rating in greater than 5, we can lend up to 65% LTV!
- No full portfolio assessment or different underwriting for “professional landlords (4+)
- Note – FTB UK, Trusts, Foreign nationals or offshore ltd companies can be placed on original product range.
