Pepper Money are Delivering More Enhancements Today!

Based upon your feedback we’re delivering more enhancements today. All are aimed at making it easier, quicker, and less costly to complete a Pepper loan.

Docusign Notifications

To provide you greater visibility as to where in the esign process your customer’s application is you will now receive emails from Docusign at two key stages. These will be sent to all email addresses we currently send SWAN email notifications to as follows:

  1. When Robertsons Solicitors send the customer their offer pack to e-sign, you will receive an email which will include a link to the unsigned offer pack for you to review, should you wish to.
  2. When the customer and witness have completed their actions and returned the offer pack you will receive another email which will include a link to the signed offer pack for you to review, should you wish to.

You will not need a DocuSign account to access the documents via the link in the emails.

 Please note, the time for a case moving from Offered to Robertsons Solicitors sending the Offer pack via Docusign is currently 3 hours.

 Credit Taken in the last 12 months greater than £500

We no longer require an explanation as standard for credit taken in the last 12 months greater than £500. However, we reserve the right to ask for this where we have concerns about the case.  This is our most common ‘To Do’ item so removing it will make it easier to package a Pepper loan.

 Pepper Redemption Figure and Undertaking Requests

Previously responses to requests for Pepper Redemption Figures and Undertakings have only been responded to by fax and post. We’re pleased to say that they can now be issued to you by email, if you request this on your request. As a reminder, please send any such requests to customerservice@pepper.money

Consent Deeds

For Married Sole applications you can now select and download the Consent Deed from the Documents Template generator section in SWAN. Previously you had to request this form from us.
