Precise Mortgages will no longer be offering Top Slicing on remortgages with effect from Monday 22nd May and therefore ANY remortgage top slicing applications you have MUST be submitted by COB today – Friday 19th May in order to secure the criteria. Please note that Precise Mortgages Topslicing for purchase cases will continue and remains unchanged. I can also confirm that Existing pipeline applications will be unaffected.
