With immediate effect we’ve changed our rates and are now offering lower pricing on many of our Buy to let, Bridging and Commercial term products.
Starting with our Residential Buy to Let range where all rates have been reduced and now start from 5.74%. This reduction is across our tracker rates which now start from 5.74% (1.69% + BBR) as well as our 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates start from 5.89%.
Bridging fixed rates have also been reduced across a large number of products and now start from 0.70% with variable rates from 0.35%+BBR.
What’s more we’ve also taken the opportunity to make further rate reductions across our 2-year Commercial Term fixed rates which now start from 5.34%.
In addition, we’ve also taken the opportunity to reduce our MVR (variable rate) down to 8.59% and note that all revert rates will now based on our MVR structure.
