In some cases, rates have gone down by as much as 0.95% and they’re the biggest reductions we’ve been able to make this year. The reductions can be seen most on our ranges from Pepper 6 to pepper 24 giving you more scope to help clients with recent CCJs, Defaults and missed secured payments.
Many of the products feature options for free valuations, reduced or no completion fees and our remortgage products come with £350 cashback towards your clients’ legal fees. All will benefit from our quick turnaround times and human approach to underwriting.
